Thematic Meeting — Holistic innovation

The return of innovation to the heart of corporate strategy is exciting, but it comes with the requirement to deliver an effective, comprehensive answer to multiple challenges. The task is considerable for Innovation Departments, challenged at once on their governance, their organization, their skills, their methods and their relationship with other departments.

For the first thematic session of 2026 we therefore tackle this fundamental and generic question of more “holistic” approaches to innovation. The terms systemic, total, global and hybrid innovation are also used to convey this comprehensive treatment of the company’s challenges.
